How a project runs
Discovery
We start with a conversation about the house, how you live in it, and what is actually bothering you about it. No pitch — we are working out whether the project is a fit.
Concept
Layouts, palettes, and material direction come together into a plan you can see before anything is ordered. This is where the vision gets specific.
Specification
Every finish is selected and documented — flooring, cabinetry, counters, fixtures, hardware, paint, tile. Your builder receives one complete package.
Installation
We manage procurement, delivery, and the install itself, so the day you walk back in, the house is finished rather than half-arrived.
